Series of Fuel Thefts – Circle K, Goderich Street, Port Elgin
Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Saugeen Shores Police Service are seeking the public’s help in solving a series of fuel thefts in Port Elgin.
On December 18, 2021; then on January 1st and January 4, 2022, an unidentified male suspect attended the Circle K located on Goderich Street in Port Elgin and obtained fuel from the gas pumps without making any attempt to pay. Over the course of each of these thefts the suspect attended with three different vehicles and the licence plates did not match the vehicles.
A female party accompanied the suspect on January 1, 2022.
Police believe this suspect may have been involved in other thefts of fuel within the region.
