OPP: Search Warrant in Brockton recovers stolen ATV

A search warrant executed in the Municipality of Brockton on March 18, 2026 at 10:00AM, resulted in the recovery of a stolen ATV.

An investigation initiated by members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) led investigators to an address in the Municipality of Brockton. Officers from the South Bruce Bail Support Team, South Bruce OPP, Wellington County OPP CSCU, Grey-Bruce OPP CSCU and West Region OPP Canine assisted with the investigation.

Blayne TAIT-HALL, 30 years old from Southgate Township has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
  • Fail to comply with probation (three counts)

The accused was processed, held for a bail hearing, and later released from custody with a court date scheduled for 26 March 2026 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Walkerton.

Brittany TROMMELEN, 36 years old from Wellington North has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Fail to comply with Undertaking

The accused was arrested and later released with a court date of 22 April 2026 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Walkerton.
