On Sunday under beautiful sunny skies, Hope Community Church hosted their FREE community pork roast on their property on 18th Avenue in Hanover.

Over 300 people were served a meal of roast pork, dressing, a baked potato, corn and peas by a large group of church volunteers.

Food and cash donations were received to support the Hanover Food Bank.

There were four seatings (with appropriate distancing) at 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm and 3pm. Also many people picked up takeout meals.
This event was an opportunity for our community to get together in a safe environment and to support our local Food Bank.

Thank you to all the volunteers for their many hours of service in making this event a wonderful success.
