Bruce Power named one of Canada’s Top Employers for sixth consecutive year

Bruce Power has once again been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Employers, earning the national honour for the sixth consecutive year.

This recognition reaffirms the company’s standing as an employer that values its people and is committed to fostering a workplace in which talent can thrive, inclusion is valued, and innovation is encouraged.

The award, announced through an independent survey conducted by Forbes in partnership with Statista, is based on feedback from tens of thousands of employees across Canada who evaluate their workplaces based on training and advancement opportunities, compensation, workplace flexibility, inclusiveness, and overall culture.

“This recognition reflects the strength of our culture and the commitment we make to our people,” said Karen Smith, Bruce Power’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We are dedicated to creating an environment where every employee feels supported and has meaningful opportunities to grow, contribute, and innovate. Our success as an organization is built on the talent and passion of our people.”

Bruce Power continues to invest in its workforce through competitive compensation, flexible work programs, extensive training and leadership development, and initiatives designed to foster a diverse, inclusive and collaborative culture. These efforts support employees at every stage of their careers – from those just entering the workforce to seasoned professionals advancing into new roles.

As the company looks to the future, Bruce Power remains committed to providing long‑term, high‑quality employment in Ontario’s clean energy sector. Its Life-Extension Program, Major Component Replacement Project, and ongoing exploration of future site expansion opportunities will continue to create roles and opportunities for decades to come.
