Highway 21 is fully closed from Port Elgin to Amberley due to severe weather, blowing snow and white-out conditions. Highway 9 also closed.
At 11:00, the temperature is -7C but feels like -17C with the windchill as an Alberta Clipper moves Eastward bringing strong winds and snow to southern Ontario today.
Very strong westerly winds off Lake Huron are expected causing blizzard-like conditions. Conditions are expect to improve this evening however.
